Practicing Public Accounting without a current license

AS STATED BY THE BOARD OF ACCOUNTANCY


ROBERT C OLIVIERI, JR., certificate
no. CA-020306-L, of Bensalem, Bucks
County, had his certificate of certified public
accountant suspended for failing to pay a
$2,000 civil penalty imposed by the Board
on February 11, 2004, for practicing public
accounting without a current license. Termination
of the suspension is conditioned on Olivieri’s
payment of the civil penalty(4/14/04)(O).

APPARENT INACCURACIES, ERRORS OR OMISSIONS


Any individual, with an accounting degree, may
practice public accounting without a current
CPA license.
